Notable Q/A from 1st survey
Q: Would you be willing to trust a drone to perform surveillance and security services on your home?
A: I'm not sure I would trust an automated service with the security of my home. I'd rather have an in-home security system. How would I be able to know that the drone had not been compromised and other people could have access to the security of my home? I'm not sure I would be willing to entrust the security of my family in a drone.
After first set of interviews, a significant problem became apparent:
-General lack of demand or interest in the service
-Results, negative from our target market.
-Resistance to change was high in the sector.
