CONSOLIDATION of MVP...

After several sets of interviews, surveys, and research, our team narrowed down how we wanted to deliver drone technology to the consumer. We chose to continue with a drone that functioned as a basic food pickup and delivery service.  In addition to food, markets such as laundry, mail/packages, groceries could be viable. The consumer would  access the service through a mobile application with few basic ordering, and delivery tracking capabilities. The business would be a subscription based service model, that allowed customers to pre-pay for a set number of deliverieds during peak or non-peak time.

Progression of MVP

#1

Problem:Homeowners want a sense of security while at work or on the go

Solution: Solar-Powered, security drones

After poor results from interviews and surveys, we pivoted away from home security via drone.

#2

Problem: The ability for consumers to receive their deliveries from various businesses in practical, convenient, and timely manner. Not being able to run multiple errands at once/ not enough time to complete errands in a day.

Solution: Door-to-door delivery system
